Jobeezy reads every posting, scores the fit against your résumé in 90 seconds, filters out the 18–22% that are ghost jobs, and prepares applications for ATS systems like Greenhouse, Lever, Workday, and Ashby — without pretending every job is worth applying to.
I had 112 applications out and two callbacks. I switched to Jobeezy, and in three weeks I had interview requests from employers that actually matched my background. The fit score told me where I'd make it past the first read.
No extensions. No browser puppets. No résumé shotgun. Every step is a real service call against a real ATS, logged, cited, and cancellable.
Each posting is parsed into 42 canonical fields — title, level, must-have skills, nice-to-haves, comp band, location policy, visa sponsorship, security clearance, fair-chance posture. The parser is tuned against a labeled corpus of 50,000 live postings.
Your résumé is scored against the posting with a structured rubric: coverage of must-haves, depth of evidence, seniority fit, location fit, and domain overlap. If the score is under 60, Jobeezy won't submit. No vague "AI match" number — you see which specific requirements lifted or hurt the score.
Every posting is checked against a ghost-job signal model: posting age, recruiter activity, repost cadence, and historical fill rate by company and role. Postings over 90 days old with no activity are flagged. 18–22% of listings don't pass.
Greenhouse, Lever, Workday, Ashby, SuccessFactors — via the actual partner APIs or Unified.to for the long tail. This means your résumé arrives in the recruiter's inbox the same way their internal referral system delivers: properly parsed, properly tagged, and compliant with the employer's terms of service.
Every application gets a live status — submitted, received, under review, interview scheduled, closed. When a recruiter updates your record in their ATS, you see it the same day. No more "did they get it?"

Read ATS guides ›They hit the ATS. The ATS parses them, scores them against a template, and ranks them for the recruiter's short list. A human opens the top 10–15, and spends 7.4 seconds on each before deciding to read further. Everything Jobeezy does is tuned for that 7.4-second window.
An estimated 70 million Americans have a record and face unemployment rates more than five times the national average. As of 2026, 32 states have ban-the-box or fair-chance laws. Jobeezy was built from day one to match fair-chance candidates only to employers that have explicit fair-chance policies — filtered at the source, not apologized for later.
Every other app I tried felt like a résumé shotgun. Jobeezy was the first that said "no, you're not a fit for this one" — and when it did submit, the recruiter actually called back.
